We kicked off the new academic year with an amazing New Teacher Orientation on campus! Our primary focus was on building connections and creating a strong sense of community.
During orientation, our teachers had the privilege of hearing from a panel of community stakeholders including Community Clinic Pea Ridge, Bright Futures and Unbridled Pediatric Therapies.
The adventure didn't stop there! Our enthusiastic new teachers hopped on a bus for an exciting tour with Mr. Ramey, Assistant Superintendent, of the entire school district, getting a glimpse of the learning environments our students will call home.
The highlight of the day was undoubtedly when our teachers got to meet their principals! Establishing these connections early on is the foundation for a collaborative and supportive school. Our principals warmly welcomed each teacher, sharing their vision for the school year ahead and making them feel like a part of the team.
Lunch was served by students in the culinary program while new teachers enjoyed making connections with Mrs. Connior.
