In the spirit of National Principals Month, we honor Beth Stein, the extraordinary Principal at Pea Ridge Junior High School. Her commitment to servant leadership has made a transformative impact on the school community.

In an interview, Mrs. Stein says "My goal is to be a servant leader. My purpose as a leader is to help those around me be excellent at their jobs, and I strive to do whatever I can to help them achieve that." This exemplifies her leadership style—a style grounded in humility, empathy, and an authentic dedication to Prepare Pea Ridge.

Under her guidance, Pea Ridge Junior High School has blossomed into a hub of excellence. Mrs. Stein places a premium on professional development, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement among teachers. The result is a dynamic and enthusiastic learning community.

Her leadership is distinguished by empathy and respect. Mrs. Stein creates a close-knit community where everyone feels valued, fostering a sense of belonging among teachers, staff, and students. This compassionate approach extends from her personal experiences, as she shares, "I love kids; junior high age kids in particular. I really struggled at this age, and want to show each student that they are valued."

In celebrating National Principals Month, we extend our deepest gratitude to Mrs. Stein. Her commitment to servant leadership, coupled with a love for junior high students, sets an inspiring example for educators and leaders.  Thank you for being a guiding light in education and for making a difference in the lives of those you lead.
