Madison Weast and Jenn Jacobs Shine at ACTE Region IV Conference 2024!
Pea Ridge School District is proud to spotlight the exceptional dedication and achievement of two of our esteemed educators, Madison Weast and Jenn Jacobs. As Arkansas ACTE Leadership Fellows, Madison and Jenn had the privilege of representing our district at the prestigious ACTE Region IV Conference 2024 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Selected among only six others from across the state, Madison and Jenn showcased their commitment to advancing career and technical education. The conference, renowned for its insightful discussions and innovative presentations, offered a platform for educators to unite and explore new avenues for enhancing learning experiences.
During their time in Albuquerque, Madison and Jenn were granted the opportunity to expand their knowledge of CTE in education by attending sessions led by industry experts. With a focus on unifying career and technical educators, the conference featured a lineup of distinguished speakers who inspired attendees to strive for excellence in the classroom.
One of the highlights of their trip was the visit to the Tricore Laboratory and the Central New Mexico Community College Brewery Program. Through these immersive experiences, Madison and Jenn acquired valuable insights about a variety of careers, which they can now bring back to Pea Ridge to share with our students and enhance our district's educational offerings.
As they return to our community, Madison and Jenn bring with them a wealth of knowledge and inspiration. Their dedication to professional growth and their commitment to our students exemplify the core values of our school district. We want to recognize Madison Weast and Jenn Jacobs for their outstanding representation of Pea Ridge School District at the regional level.
