Welcome to our first District Newsletter!

We’re excited to bring you a new way to stay connected with what’s happening across Pea Ridge Schools! Each edition will feature important district updates, upcoming events, and helpful reminders.

Important Reminders

Transportation Updates

Please be aware that ALL bus routes have been renumbered this year to provide clarity and eliminate A/B-labeled routes. Please check Stop Finder to make sure you are aware of your child’s assigned bus route. 

Pea Ridge School District is now using SMART tag, which will change how students ride the bus. These changes will improve student safety and security while riding the bus. Please utilize our Transportation Website for more info on how to use Smart tag & how to download the app.

Please Remember Your ID!

For the safety of our students, all visitors are required to present a valid photo ID when visiting a school campus or checking out a student.
The policy isn’t new, but our technology is! Visitors will now use the iPad located in the entrance of each school building to scan their ID each time they visit. After scanning, please check in with the front office to receive your visitor pass.
Thank you for helping us keep our schools safe and secure. Student safety remains one of our highest priorities, and this procedure will be consistently enforced at all campuses.

Returning Student Registration

Parents and guardians should have received an email this week from PowerSchool Enrollment with the subject line “Pea Ridge School District Returning Student Registration.”
Please take a few minutes to complete the required forms so we have the most current information on file to support your student.
If you have any questions while completing the forms, please contact your school registrar.

Commonly Asked Questions

What if I'm getting overwhelmed with notifications?
  • You can DIGEST your information! Get notifications how and when you want them! Click HERE to see how to digest your notifications.
What if only one of my children is showing up on my app?
  • This means that our school info system (eSchool) has incorrect or incomplete data for you, the guardian. Please contact the registrar at that child's school, and ask them to check on your email and phone number in eSchool. Once this is fixed, your child should appear the next day after the nightly sync!
Why did only one parent get an invite?
  • If a parent/guardian did not receive the invite and should have, they are either not marked as a guardian in eSchool, or their information is not correct in eSchool. Contact your child's school registrar and let them know you're needing to make sure your info is correct in eSchool.
What if I need a step-parent added?
  • For a step-parent to be added, they will need to be marked as a guardian in eSchool. Often times they are marked "other" and then their info doesn't pull to ParentSquare. Your child's school registrar can change the title to guardian, and they will also be able to get into the app!
What if I don't want to download the app?
  • Guardians who do not download the app will still receive alerts sent out by their child's school/district. You will also still receive messages and emails. However, in order to respond to a direct message, you will need the app.

2026–2027 Pea Ridge Blackhawk All-Sports Passes Are Now Available!

All-Sports Passes provide admission to all Pea Ridge HOME regular-season athletic events during the 2026–2027 school year (excluding AAA Benefit Games, school related fundraisers, Spirit Night, Youth Organization games and pre or post season games).

Please Note: Lost passes cannot be replaced. If a pass is lost, a new pass must be purchased.

You will receive an email when your pass is ready for pick-up! Pick-up & payment will be at the High School office from 8am-3pm.
