In Arkansas, you have the freedom to choose to apply to the school you feel best suits your child’s educational needs! Parents must submit school choice applications to the nonresident district with a copy to the student’s resident district. The application must be postmarked no later than May 1 of the calendar year in which the student seeks to begin the fall semester at the nonresident district. Save the date for our Art Show coming up on April 3rd from 5-7pm at the high school! This is our second annual district-wide art show, and our K-12 students are SO excited to share their work with you. Ember Mountain Coffee will be there so you can sip your favorite beverage and look at all the amazing artwork from grades k-12.

Save the date! Author Bruce Hale has been rescheduled to visit Pea Ridge on March 30, 2023! It is important to us for our students to get this opportunity to meet an author. As for the activities and packets of questions, we are still accepting those and there will be prizes for those who complete the packet. Announcement for parents of 5th and 6th grade ESL students: Middle school students who are in the ESOL (English speakers of other languages) program will take the ELPA21 test on March 15 and 16. The ELPA21 helps us assess the reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills of our English language learners (ELL or ESL students). We ask that parents do their best to make sure their child attends on these test days. Contact Jennifer Shields (jennifer.shields@pearidgek12.com) for more information.
