Pea Ridge Drama Troupe Fundraiser
Come out and support the Pea Pidge Drama Troupe in their first fundraiser of the year! October 7th at 6:30 pm is a movie night at the High School in the PAC. There will be food, a costume contest, and watching Encanto Sing-Along at 7:00pm. Admission is $1, and it is cash only. We hope to see you there!
Flu Shot Clinic
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Our district flu shot clinic is scheduled for Tuesday, October 18th. Please return the consent forms by October 11th. We will not be able to administer the vaccine to your child until all forms are completed and returned. There are two separate forms: Arkansas Department of Health form (fill out front and back and sign) and Pea Ridge School District form (front only, sign).
Please note: We will only be offering the flu shot. We will not be administering the mist at our district flu shot clinic. If you wish for your child to have the flu mist, you will need to arrange a separate appointment with the Health Department or your primary care provider. If you have any questions, you may contact your child’s school.

PSAT/NMSQT October 12
On October 12, Pea Ridge High School will administer the PSAT/NMSQT, an exam that is cosponsored by the College Board and National Merit Scholarship Corporation and serves as an entry point for high school juniors to over $300 million in scholarship dollars. All sophomores take the exam, but juniors have the option to register. Only juniors are eligible for the scholarships.
You can read more about the National Merit Scholarship Program here. The PSAT assesses the same knowledge and skills as the SAT, providing a check-in on college readiness before you take the SAT. Although Arkansas colleges and universities require the ACT, many out-of-state schools require students to take the SAT for admission.
Review the attached information and if interested, complete this form and submit your $17 exam fee to Mrs. Spivey in the front office before Friday, September 9. Juniors received this information via email from Mrs. Meeks (kelsey.meeks@pearidgek12.com). If you have questions, please see Mrs. Meeks at PRHS. *All sophomores will be registered for the assessment by the campus. They do not need to complete the form.
We want to hear from YOU!
As always, we value your input. If you have a minute, please consider providing feedback.
